Furthermore, we adhere to the general principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and accountability accorded by law as well as recognize your rights as our data subjects. In this Privacy Policy, we explain what personal information we process, how we collect, use, share, protect and dispose personal information that we obtain from you in the course of transacting or doing business with us, or as a user of our website. From time to time, we may update our Privacy Policy to reflect current changes in our policy and the law. When you use Acadsoc’s website, or its system and platform, your device and browser automatically provides information to us so that we are able to track and serve relevant content to you.


Manual or automated processing of your personal information within or outside the Philippines is done in utmost confidentiality and strictly in accordance with relevant data privacy laws for the execution of your transaction with us and fulfillment of our legal and contractual obligations with you, if any. Your information may also be processed as part of your employment or independent contractor application, business partnership inquiries and transaction, and other legitimate purposes and regulatory reporting requirements consistent with the business services offered as deemed fit by the company such as but not limited to providing information to governmental authorities (BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, NBI, etc) or private entities (CIBI, etc) in fulfillment of regulatory requirements or contractual arrangements, sharing information for cross-selling of services, profiling/data analytics and background/reference checks, employment verification, audit and bank account confirmation. Acadsoc runs a state of the art IT Department with a dedicated team and personnel that monitors our network and systems to make sure risks to Acadsoc and your Personal Information are properly managed. We regularly review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to our system and unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. We only permit your Personal Information to be collected, processed, used, and shared by our authorized employees, contractors, and subcontractors who hold such Personal Information under strict confidentiality and in accordance with their contractual obligations and who have implemented minimum security features against data leakage, unauthorized access, or disclosure. We restrict access to information to Acadsoc employees, contractors, and subcontractors who need to know such information in order to process it for us, who are subject to strict contractual and technical safeguards, and who are accountable if they fail to meet these obligations. We only give you or your authorized representative access to your Personal Information. We do not provide, sell, or share your Personal Information to anyone unless you have given your express consent. We also do not use nor share your Personal Information with content and/or information providers without your prior request or consent.
