Acadsoc will pay the tutors' service fee once a month, on the 1st-3rd of each month (if there is a public holiday in China, it may be delayed). Payments will be transferred via PayPal or bank account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may process your Paypal application using this link: https://www.paypal.com/ph/webapps/mpp/account-selection

We require at least 25 hours work time during our peak schedules from Monday to Friday (6 PM to 11 PM) and Weekends (10 AM to 11 PM). You may also open a day time schedule if your performance data is good.

During summer holiday and winter holiday, a whole day schedule is required and the booking will be almost 100%. To earn more, we encourae tutors to plot as many classes as you can and make sure that you have no absence and complaints. You may check your booking rate with your TM and get feedback from them.

It is a newbie-friendly position, as we provide instant and professional supervision, as well as comprehensive teaching training, even a Free certified TESOL course.
The initial rate will be decided based on your teaching skills, experience and performance during the demo class. Every year the hourly rate can be increased depending on your performance.
We have millions of students in China, which means lots of classes are needed and lots of class fees for our teachers. 
In addition, you will earn more with our Bonus Scheme: Attendance Bonus, Completion Bonus, Referral Bonus, Enrollment Bonus and Top Tutor Bonus. High monthly earnings amount up to PHP30,000-60,000.

Indeed! Our offices are strategically located at Alabang, Quezon City, Ilo-ilo and Cebu City. More offices will be opened soon as Acadsoc continues to expand and reach out to all aspiring tutors who wants to teach but has no means of doing so from home.

As we aspire to provide comfort and convenience for both our tutors and students while having their classes, we are using A-classroom and Classin as our user-friendly teaching platforms.

If you have passed all TESOL exams:
You may contact PHCS (Tel: 0908-422-3844/0916-790-4671) to seek assistance in reaching to your TM for their approval. If the TM approves of your re-application, your account will be reactivated.

If you have not taken the TESOI exam or you fail:
1. You should resubmit the application.
